Refund Policy

Subscription cancellation

You may cancel a paid subscription through the Billing page. After cancellation, you retain access through the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused subscription time unless required by law or we decide to make an exception for a service issue.

Unused credit packs

Unused purchased credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase. If a credit pack has been partially used, we may refund only the unused portion at our discretion and only where the remaining balance can be verified.

Consumed and gifted credits

Consumed credits, subscription credits, promotional credits, gifted credits, expired credits, and generated AI outputs are non-refundable unless law requires otherwise or we decide to issue compensatory credits for a confirmed service issue.

AI output quality issues

If an output appears incorrect, incomplete, or technically unusable, contact support first. We may offer re-generation, troubleshooting, or compensatory credits. We do not guarantee a specific savings amount, repair outcome, or compatibility with every vehicle.

How to request a refund

You can request help through /support, through /app/billing, or by emailing support@davidphililipsautos.com. Include the account email, checkout receipt, affected output if relevant, and a short description of the issue.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Most refunds appear within 5 to 10 business days, although card networks and banks may take longer.

Disputes and Stripe handling

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can review the issue quickly. Refunds are processed through Stripe. We may issue partial refunds at our discretion for verified service issues.
